Seeking a business development enthusiast to join our team, and step into the role of Operations Head for our EdTech Solution, to help launch the platform, drive growth and raise revenue.
We are looking for a person with a proven track record of launching products, creative thinking and infectious energy that drives everyone around them to excel and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
· Setting the vision for the company and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale
· Driving growth, profitability and company value
· Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
· Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth
· Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture
· Driving day-to-day operations
· Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
· Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product
· Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
· Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
· Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network
Requirements
· +2 years of experience leading and scaling an enterprise, preferably a company with 50+ employees
· Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
· Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up
· Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
· Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions
· Relevant educational industry experience
· Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
· An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
